Like most multimedia companies, we think we're pretty good at developing eye-popping presentations and killer websites. In many cases, however, our work is just not that glamorous. That's because we concern ourselves more with what our clients need, and their markets demand, than with trying to look like the latest MTV video. A DIMACC multimedia project follows a variation of the time-honored Systems Development Life Cycle, long used by IS professionals for systems analysis, design and development. We've made several modifications that incorporate the special needs of a multimedia project, and call our version the Multimedia Life Cycle.

Our History

DIMACC, Inc. was established in September, 1995 as a fully-functional spin-off of a $100 million office products dealer cooperative by two of its marketing executives. We acquired all the marketing assets previously employed in developing innovative and cost-effective programs for the company and its international network of member dealers.

With the Internet emerging as a major new media and CD-ROM drives now shipping with all new computers, we focused our unique blend of marketing and technical expertise on developing tools to help businesses realize the full potential of these new channels to market. We steadily developed our technical capabilites and marketing strengths specifically for multimedia business applications, resisting the allure of becoming a high-volume full service agency.

Over the past few years, we have designed and produced dozens of multimedia websites and CD-ROMs, developed innovative internet marketing programs and electronic commerce strategies, and built a portfolio and reputation that we're very proud of.

Today, DIMACC continues as a leader in high quality interactive multimedia, marketing program development, and Internet web site design.


Our Management

Designing, developing and managing your multimedia project is only half the battle. Making sure your customers find it, like it, and use it is the other half. DIMACC has two very good resources for getting the whole job done - its founders. DIMACC president Gary Gassman has over twenty-five years of traditional marketing experience backing up his expertise in Internet marketing. Specializing in marketing strategy development, electronic commerce, and affinity partnering, Gary brings a wealth of marketing knowledge and expertise to the most demanding and high-profile online projects. DIMACC managing director Scott Russell has over fifteen years of computer graphics, application development, and marketing operations management experience. With a keen understanding of digital technologies and industry trends, Scott manages the development of all multimedia projects.
